Facilities were nice, the pool was fantastic and the staff was lovely. They are plenty of places to get some rest in the area and there are activities. I loved the way they integrated the hotel in nature. They offer a bus shuttle service to Ubud, and there is a local supermarket very close to the location.

Location was just fabulous. Wow, was I blown away as we drove in ,as I was not sure sure what to expect. We were surrounded by abundance of greenery, beautiful gardens, waterfalls, rice fields. The staff were amazing. their smiling faces made my day. They are so polite and respectful and caring. took so much care to show us to our room. Thank you to the friendly and kind receptionists who welcomed us with so much love:) The kitchen team were just as amazing. Sudiarsa, Ayu to name a few and to the manager and the rest of the team who always made us feel so welcome for breakfast and dinner and were always so attentive to our needs or special dietary requirements. The operations manager always checked if we were comfortable or had any feedback for them to note to improve on anything. Aah..the free shuttle service available twice a day to take us to the city centre was very useful. The drivers were so friendly and patient and shared some info on tourist attractions we can visit in Ubud. It was such a pleasure to walk in to an airconditioned clean room after a hot day out and get into a decent sized shower and bathroom with clean soft towels. The pool was sparkling and clean and we were treated to complimentary tea and coffee daily at 16h00 with a snack which was enjoyed around the pool area. The battered fried bananas were so delicious. Well done to the entire Royal Casa Ganesha team. This was home away form home. We will be back !

As soon as arrived I was struck by how beautiful the place is. The gardens were beautiful, the rice fields around the property were stunning, and the view wherever you choose to sit and in any type of room you book is magical. I ended up extending my stay 5 more nights because I spent 4 nights just enjoying the hotel and not even going outside and see what Ubud had to offer. Moreover, the staff were super friendly, helpful, and understanding. They made it feel like my home away from home. Will definitely stay here again on my next vacation, super relaxing and I loved every minute here.

Nice property, pool with rice plantation. A different look, flowers around, resturant staff, hotel staff all very welcoming and ready to help in their capacity. A supermarket 3mins away by walk. I would recommend it is value for money.

Very nice resort. Staff was great, held an umbrella over pir heads so we wouldn’t get wet walking to the car. Food in the restaurant is nice en breakfast was great too. On a scooter taxi or if you rent a scooter you get into the centre very fast, but the hotel also has a free shuttlebus going there a couple times a day.

Beautiful gardens, a total oasis! Lovely large grounds to wander around, clean, quiet comfortable, large clean pool, and free yoga class was a great addition. Free daily shuttle into ubud. We extended our stay. Great place to stay during Nypei day. Gym and buffet breakfast. Indomart across the road but not much else but its easy to get into ubud.

The place is close to city center but far away enough for peace and quiet. The room was large and the staff was very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a variety but I think it can do better. Ordering grab food was very easy, as the staff will bring it to our door.

The location was peaceful, the gardens and buildings were beautiful. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive. The rooms had very comfortable beds and were beautifully appointed. We dined many times in the restaurant and the food was tasty and well presented. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Friendly staff. good location - 10 minutes from central Ubud in cab. Comfy bed, clean room and it has a gym too which is great for me. Odin really looked after me. I also used their transport service and Okin was kindly waiting for me prior to me arriving into Bali which was lovely after a long journey.

Loved the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast was amazing, the views were top! The service was exceptional really. I don't understand some of the bad reviews. They provided our baby with amazing crib. Only top points go to this hotel from me. Oh and the pool, wow!
